Wacky Pancake Wednesday

So I mentioned last week that we were going to try something new this summer "Wacky Pancake Wednesday!" Traci Reed, a designer at Sweet Shoppe is doing this so I stole her idea. So hopefully we will continue all summer. The kids had fun with them. So this was our last week pancakes. Had to start basic!! Plus I'm learning tips along the way. I think I will post this weeks pics too! Then next Wednesday, I will post that weeks sometime that day. Just so you see the current ones with the holiday coming up!!!

TIPS:
*They take much longer to cook. Make sure they are cooked through! Last week they weren't cooked all the way.
*Also, this week I learned try to make them reversed if doing letters or shapes. They look better in the end!!

More Water Fun

So I found this idea and my kiddos do it almost daily in now!! All you need is water and a wood fence!! The secret is they have to be super close to the fence and stay there and you can tell the outline is good. However, you do have to be close.
One of my favorite is they put their hands straight up. Link me up to your kids!!

A Fav Website

So wow I forgot!!! So I promise I will get them scheduled and get the ball rolling. So I ran into this website. I wish I had a bit longer hair for some of these hair styles to work for me. So yes I missed yesterday. We ended up having a impromptu fishing trip!! So today I was going to make up for it but it's late. We had a work party that we spent more time at then planned!! So here you go. Here are some of my designers new products for the week!

Outdoor Fun!

I know it's late but the day has just gotten the best of me today. I volunteered for a huge project and was busy with that today!! I'll show you pictures next week!! I want to start a weekly post of things to do in the summer.

So I start with an outdoor fun water. I had large foam stamps that have sat in a bag for 4 years!! So we got them out and a pan of water.


We dipped the stamps in the water and had fun.





However, I will say they had more fun with making footprints and handprints in the water. So grab a bucket, water, and a bunch of little piggies!!!

Cars Birthday

So I love to look at birthday parties on the web. I wish I could have a unlimited budget to throw a kids birthday party!! It doesn't even have to be my own kids party!!! So in honor of Cars 2 coming out this week, I browsed the web for some fun ideas. Plus we are excited for the movie because my cousins helped make it!! Anyways, how fun is this idea I got from How Does She?

Topiary Tutorial!

Designer Friday!

Good afternoon! Each Friday I want to show you what I've created for my designers each week. However, my project for this new kit isn't done. I just got the kit last night and in the middle of a big project. So you get to just see the amazing kit.

My plan is to make labels for my boxes out of in our trailer.
Last week the amazing Yari starting this Summertime collection with Backyard Play.

I created this Bingo game my kiddos thought was so fun!


I also just saw that another one of my designers, just got us a kit too!! It's called All American Summer!! Super fun. Can't wait to play with it! I'll get a picture up as soon as I can!! Have a fun weekend everyone!

Father's Day

Okay I know there are a lot of fun ideas out there for Father's Day. However, because it took longer to get this blog up and running, I have some quick and easier ideas!!!

First I made this banner we are going to hang. It's not the usual banners I have that have all the ribbon. Just simple and quick. Plus, if you go here, you can find instructions on how I made it and with what products!


Next, we made our dad this fun IBC rootbeer container.


I love candy. So I had to throw some ideas for that. I found this at Little Birdie Secrets. Plus there is a downloadable tag!


I really want to attempt these this year! Over at Somewhat Simply, she tells how to make them!!

Welcome

I want to say welcome to my new blog. I've decided I need a "new home" for my blog that isn't my personal one. I spend quite a bit of time lately blog hopping. So my hopes for this blog is to share with you some great finds, fun deals, favorites, tutorials, and promote the designers I create for each week. I'm going to start with one of my favorite sites when shopping.....

So simple to use. I start by visiting their website, logging in, and finding "the store" I'm going to shop at. That's it. It creates a "tracking ticket" if I end up purchasing anything. It gives me back a percentage of my purchase. Then each quarter, they mail me a check. How simple for doing what I already planned on.....SHOPPING!!! So click on the icon and get started with Ebates!
